About us

“Prostor pro rozvoj” (Space for Development) is an organization founded in 2020 with the vision of supporting education and personal growth across generations. Our activities are focused on children, youth, and adults, helping them develop a wide range of skills and competences needed for life in a rapidly changing world.

We operate in the Czech Republic as well as on the international stage, collaborating with partners abroad on educational and training projects. We believe that quality education is the foundation of both personal and societal development, which is why we emphasize innovative methods, experiential learning, and inclusion.

We offer workshops, training sessions, leisure activities, and projects that connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience. We aim to create an environment where everyone feels motivated, supported, and equipped with the tools for their personal growth. We also strive to actively contribute to building communities that are open, collaborative, and ready to face today’s challenges with an open mind and the courage to make positive change.

Kristýna Pregel

Founder, Project Coordinator

I founded Prostor pro rozvoj with the goal of creating an environment where people can meet across cultures, share experiences, and develop their potential. I believe in the power of experiential learning, open dialogue, and collaboration. In every project, I combine methodological expertise with creativity and respect for the uniqueness of each participant. My motivation is to support changes that have a lasting impact—both on a personal and community level.

When I’m not working, I seek inspiration in nature, through travel, and by connecting with people who bring fresh perspectives.
